How long does my order take to ship?

UK Delivery

UK delivery is £7.65 for all artwork. Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).

Do you offer international shipping? 

All international delivery for artwork will be £14.60 and sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

What is your return policy? 

Policy for the Return of Originals

Our return policy for original artwork purchased from our UK store is as follows:

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

2. The artwork must be returned in its original perfect condition, including any packaging and certificates of authenticity.

3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the artwork arrived damaged or was not as described.

5. Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that commissioned artwork or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team via the contact form.
